Funeral Home Branding Group - 2021

We're always looking for new ways to reach out to our customers, better understand their needs, and develop strong professional relationships.

With this philosophy in mind, we created the Facebook Group Funeral Home Branding.

We were looking to connect with our customers, see how they brand themselves, and bounce ideas off each other. What we got was well beyond our expectations.

A community of like-minded professionals came together; sharing ideas, experiences, and positivity. We are ecstatic to say that at the time of this post we now have over 1k members.

We invite you to visit our Facebook Group Funeral Home Branding and share your story!

SCI Pitch 2019 - Huston, Texas

Service Corporation International (SCI) is the largest silent owner of more that 1500 private funeral homes and 400 cemeteries. Their success has been built on buying out small industry businesses, allowing them to keep their individual names, and becoming the primary provider of their promotional needs.

In 2019, the Eternal Brandings team took a special trip to Huston, Texas to meet with the SCI Board of Directors with a simple idea: Allow the privately owned businesses they manage the freedom to work directly with our team, as we can provide the personalized services they want, at an equally comparable price they like.

We now offer SCI customers customizable products at catalog prices without sacrificing that personalized experience.

Fay - Rivers Wedding 2018

Fay - Rivers Wedding 2018

On February 24th, 2018 Eternal Brandings CEO Pamela Fay married her long time business partner and best friend, Christopher Rivers. The two met in 2010 when Chris joined the team to assist in facilitating trade show and convention planning. As Pamela's role in the company advanced, so did Chris's and so did their shared passion for Branding That Cares.

ICCFA Convention 2017 - Nashville, Tennessee - booth #318

Our small team made the trip once again. A 10 hour drive leading in through the mountains made the trip most enjoyable. Introducing the new face of Eternal Brandings to the ICCFA made this trip one for the record books.

Ownership of the company was passed to Patty Fay's daughter, Pamela Fay in early 2016. Since that time the Eternal Brandings' team has been working diligently to keep up with the demand of new generations of ICCFA members and funeral home owners alike. Our hard work was digitally announce in January 2017 and finally presented at the 2017 ICCFA Convention. We were proud to showcase our new look, new products, and our new full service website.

As always, we were blessed and honored to be a part of the convention and to have the opportunity to visit a city which we may not have otherwise experienced. The mountains of Tennessee were breathtaking! We spent our free time taking in the scenery and visiting iconic Broadway and The Grand Ole Opry.

At the convention, we met a lot of new and familiar faces. From all of us at Eternal Brandings, it was wonderful seeing you all and we look forward to next year!

The Next Generation 2016

The Next Generation 2016

Formerly a division of Imprints For Less, Eternal Brandings was established in 2010 under the name Eternal Branding Plus. In March of 2016, owner and founder Patty Fay transferred ownership of the company to her daughter, Pamela Fay.

Pamela worked alongside her mother from the beginning, completing administrative tasks while in college. As a student of engineering, Pamela noticed areas of the company that could be advanced. After implementing several organizational standards, Pamela was promoted to Operations Manager. The company continued to grow and as improvements were made internally, positive changes became noticeable externally.

In 2013, Pamela was named Chief Operating Officer. Patty, seeing the initiative of her daughter and with the consideration of the company's future in mind, approached her in 2016 with the idea of transferring ownership. Pamela accepted the offer, and Eternal Brandings received a facelift including a new logo, new operating system, and full service website.

Eternal Brandings remains dedicated to staying up-to-date with advancing technology to better serve our customers.

It has been a pleasure to serve the Funeral Home Industry and we look forward to many more years of providing personalized service.

ICCFA Convention 2016 - New Orleans, Louisiana - booth #253.

With our offices in Florida, this was the first year we were able to drive. Our small team consisting of Patty Fay - Sales and Marketing Director, Pamela Fay - CEO, and Christopher Rivers supporting team member met in the historic city of New Orleans.

Attending the ICCFA convention means more to us than just promoting our products. It's an opportunity to discover cities and cultures new to us, meet new and familiar faces, and most importantly, interact with our customers.

The rich history of death in New Orleans had our attention almost immediately. A tradition for over four centuries, "The Jazz Funeral" incorporates up beat, Jazz style music into the funeral ceremony. The deceased are honored in such a way that celebrates their life, as apposed to morning their death. Also unique to New Orleans is the practice of burying the deceased in tombs above ground. This burial practice began with the original site of New Orleans, which is known as the French Quarter today. A water table just beneath the soil caused the land to sloped back from the river toward Lake Pontchartrain, falling quickly below the sea level. The dead were buried in the above ground tombs to prevent the bodies from washing loose from the earth during floods and hurricanes.

The iconic history of New Orleans made it an excellent location for this years convention. On the first day of the event, a Jazz Funeral marched down the isles in a display both honoring the dead and introducing us first hand to their deeply rooted tradition. The convention was well done and we enjoyed meeting with everyone. We try our best to give each individual the attention they deserve. Anyone with additional questions is encouraged to contact us via phone, email, or check us out on our website.

After the event, we were able to slip away to the famous Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. There, we saw New Orleans in its most raw and natural form. Every part of this experience has been meaningful and will be used for the purpose of providing quality service and products that solve.
